Henna for hair is not as fine a quality as henna that is produced to decorate skin. It might work a little, but it won't work very well. Also, there may be other ingredients that can interface with the henna stain on your skin, or the "Hair Henna" may include dyes that are not meant to be used on skin . . . those dyes may harm your skin!
